My name is Kelly Davis. I am a American Ghost Society Representative for the Macoupin and
Greene County area. I’m 33 years year's old and a mother/step-mother to three wonderful
children. My husband Dan and I have been married for 5 years. I’ve been interested in the
paranormal since my first paranormal experience at the young age of 7 years old. I’ve been
activity investigating the paranormal for three years now. Dan and I started our own group
Macoupin County Ghost Hunters in 2006. Slowly we have added some wonderful members
that include our two oldest children, Amanda and Dylan, and two great friends Kevin and Rose.
Not to mention having the advice and friendship of a wonderful ghost hunter and mentor Loren
Hamilton, the Western Representative for the American Ghost Society.
As an ex-St. Louis City Police Officer the need to investigate anything always sits in my bones
not to mention the interview skills that the city taught me. For our team, as a lead investigator, I
dip my fingers into all areas of our investigations. I feel that a lead investigator should be
knowledgeable of all areas of the field. I personally enjoy researching anything that has history
with it. Being a true history buff, I love to research homes and what has happen on that
particular property. You can usually find me researching, studying or taking courses to keep up
with new information and technology for this particular field.
I currently work at COP Wood River Refinery in Roxana, Illinois as an operator with the
Operating Engineers Local 399. Working this field gives me the ability to troubleshoot any
problem. When I’m not working or investigating the paranormal, I enjoy singing, reading and
four-wheeling with my family. I do enjoy writing, although I’m not very good at it.
If I can help anyone dealing with the paranormal activity in their home, I will put all my efforts to
that situation. This is my promise to our clients. Our group will never charge a cent for our
services.

old and I’ve been interested in the paranormal since the first story that was
told to me by my grandmother Eddington. In my heart I’ve been a skeptic
and I enjoy debunking different locations. However, there are something’s
that you can’t debunk and even I have to admit that. I look at every location
